Registration rules:

  • Class registration options are:

    • 2 classes per week (Speed/Strength/or a combination of the 2)

    • 3 classes per week (Speed/Strength/or a combination of the 2)

    • Unlimited classes per week (Speed/Strength/or a combination of the 2)

  • Classes begin the June 25th 2012 & run through August 11th 2012

  • This is an 8 week program!

  • THERE ARE NO MISSED SESSIONS ALLOWED. However in case of EMERGENCY 1 session credit will be issued for that session. That credit must be used within a 7 day period or the class will be lost.

  • All clients must sign/swipe in for each session, no exceptions.

  • All classes are progressive. Athletes who continue will NOT repeat the same classes monthly! Class content is monitored and recorded. All content is age & sport relevant.
