Class registration options are:

2 classes per week (Speed/Strength/or a combination of the 2)

3 classes per week (Speed/Strength/or a combination of the 2)

Unlimited classes per week (Speed/Strength/or a combination of the 2)

Classes begin the June 25th 2012 & run through August 11th 2012

This is an 8 week program!

THERE ARE NO MISSED SESSIONS ALLOWED. However in case of EMERGENCY 1 session credit will be issued for that session. That credit must be used within a 7 day period or the class will be lost.

All clients must sign/swipe in for each session, no exceptions.

All classes are progressive. Athletes who continue will NOT repeat the same classes monthly! Class content is monitored and recorded. All content is age & sport relevant.
