Registration rules:
You may register for classes for 2 days a week, 3 days a week or unlimited classes.
Classes begin on the 1st of the month & are billed at that time.
We offer 1 month trial option & 3 month options.
Speed & Agility classes may be combined with Strength & Conditioning classes.
THERE ARE NO MISSED SESSIONS ALLOWED. However in case of EMERGENCY 1 session credit will be issued for that session. That credit must be used within a 7 day period or the class will be lost.
All clients must sign in for each session, no exceptions.
Athletes will be required to show up 10min early and begin S.M.R (foam roll) on their own.
All classes are progressive. Athletes who continue will NOT repeat the same classes monthly! Class content is monitored and recorded. All content is age & sport relevant.
Athletes will be placed into semi-private grouping of 3-5 athletes. Classes will run every month.
