Not an athlete?? This doesn’t mean you can’t train like one. Join one of our adult fitness classes TODAY and start on the road to a brand new you! We believe that training should be innovative and fun! We have had much success over the years training athletes and would like to bring that same competitive style of training to you! You’ll do things you’ve never done before & accomplish new goals each week as we team up to tackle your health. Here are some of the options we have made available to you! Semi-Private Fitness Frenzy! (Minimum of 3 people)
At Key 2 we utilize circuit based interval training to help melt away inches and build lean physiques! Our classes run monthly and consist of new in-house challenges that will keep you inspired and encouraged. NO this is NOT cross-fit. These metabolic interval based programs will be centered around YOU and your age, level of mobility, strength, & overall fitness. You will be challenged to succeed weekly and come out better on the other side.

Personal Programming, Training & Goal Setting ( 1 CLIENT / 1 COACH)
At Key 2 Sports Training we believe that everyone is an individual. With this in mind we believe our PPTG Program(personal programming, Training & Goal Setting) will give you the BEST results of your life! We take each individual through a FULL comprehensive screen. This will allow us to address specific structural asymmetries and deficiencies. In addition we will complete a full metabolic exam allowing us to know your exact cardiovascular state. Lastly we will do a Bio-mechanical Analysis and Strength Assessment. With all this information we will then address the most critical area of your health and that’s your nutrition. With this information we will set goals & write a full 3 month program complete with your individual program design & a metabolic weight loss program We believe this will give you the best results for YOU!
